Meals on Wheels of Germantown

Serving the Germantown Community Since 1991

Meals on Wheels of Germantown delivers nutritious, well-balanced, diabetic-friendly meals to elderly, ill and disabled homebound residents of Germantown, Maryland. We also provide contact with trained volunteers who create a valuable link to the community. These services are provided to persons of any age, race, or economic status who are unable to prepare their own meals, per county guidelines. Subsidized meals are available for those unable to afford the cost of their meals. Our meals are provided by Montgomery County Aging & Disability.

We currently deliver boxes of 7 frozen meals (clients may receive one box or two per week) on Tuesdays between 11:30am and 1:30pm. Clients need to be home at that time to receive service.

If you are interested in volunteering as a delivery driver or becoming a client, please call our voicemail at 301-706-0262. Service is subject to availability on the routes. We only serve people living in zip codes 20874 and 20876. We do NOT serve residents of Churchill Senior Living - they have their own program, please contact management there for more information.
